About the job
We are looking for a competent Executive Administrative and Operations Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to executive’s working life and communication, as well as operations.
Location: Plaza Mont' Kiara / Sunway Velocity / Pusat Perdagangan Bukit Jalil / Setia Alam / Penang Bayan Lepas.
(Department: Human Resources, Business Development, Marketing, Event Management)
Requirements
Highly self-motivated team player with a positive working attitude.
High execution and problem solver.
Customer service and admin work experience required.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
To provide administration and operation duties.
Prepare presentation slide, marketing tools, research, report and etc.
To prepare and compile Sales Kit Collaterals, Company Sales & Marketing Statistic Reports.
Maintenance and update of client information in all company database.
Generate, tracking and filing of all agreement for marketing partners and clients.
Create, transcribe and distribute all meeting agenda, minute and update.
To do Tele-marketing calls (Market intelligence).
To upkeep all office amenities and equipment.
Prepare to attend, co-ordinate and participate on various events organised by the Company andpartners.
Prepared for long working hours at peak periods.
